Tottenham midfielder Dele Alli have been hit with a three match ban by Uefa for his horro tackle on Gent's Brecht Dejaegere.
The 20 year-old will miss Spurs first three group matches if the qualify for Europe next season.
Alli was shown a straight red card, the first in his young career after his dangerous tackle on Dejaegere in the Europa League last month.
This will come as a blow for Tottenham as Alli has been in good form this season and developing into one of Europe best young midfielder.
