Barcelona captain Andreas Iniesta described Isco as "Incridible" and said he will be welcomed at the Camp Nuo.
"Of course I would like to have Isco as a team-mate, all good players are welcome in our team," he said
to Cadena Ser.
"Isco is an incredible player but he is currently under contract.
"We have to wait and see what happens. If he doesn't sign a contract extention then we can talk."
Isco has been linked with a move from Madrid to rivals Barcelona, with the 24 year-old contract due to expire in 2018.
The former Malaga playmaker has struggled to start games for Madrid being in the starting lineup only 13 times this season.
If the move does go through Isco will join the likes of Luis Figo and Javier Saviola who have moved directly to the opposite direction.
