Roma Midfielder Radja Nainggolan has ruled out a summer move to Chelsea stating that he is happy in the Italy Capital.
"In Rome am fine, my family is happy and the weather is often good" said Nainggolan.
"Sometimes you make chioce for the money, others for the quality of life, which matters alot to me. Also if i went to England i would have to start from scratch, but i repeat: i am very well in Rome.
The Belgium International also refuse to rule out a move to China in the future.
