CHELSEA VETERAN SET TO FINALLY LEAVE THE CLUB



Chelsea captain John Terry is set to leave the club at the end of this season after 22 years of loyal service to the club.


The former England captain joined Chelsea youth ranks in 1995 and made his debut three years later as a late substitute against Aston Villa in a League Cup clash.

The 36 year old captain Chelsea a record 578 times and will move on once his contract expires this summer.

John Terry have been a crucial part of the Roman Ibramovich empire but has slipped down the pecking order this season under Antonio Conte.

Terry will leave the club a legend having won fourteen trophies with the Blues including four  Premier League titles, five FA cups , three League Cups, the Europa League and the Champions League.
 
 John Terry is also the club's all-time highest goalscoring defender with 40 goals to his name with 78 caps for England before he retired 2012.
