Crystal Palace defender Pape Soure was airlifted to the hosipital after emergency service have to cut the roof of his car.
According to the statement released by the club the player have sustain injuries to his thigh and jaw bone and will remain in hospital whilst recieving treatments.
The club are liaising closely with the hospital on his progress and wish him a speedy recovery.
Soure,26, was not part of the Palace side that won 2 -1 at Middlesbrough on saturday.
