Liverpool midfielder James Milner have called time on his England career the English FA have announced.
The former city man wants to spend more time with his young family according to new Three Lion coach Sam Allardyce.
Milner said that the decision was common sense after holding talks with Big Sam over his International future.
The 30 year old made his international bow in 2009 and was part of the team that went to the World Cup and two European Cup.
Milner was capped 61 times by his country scoring one goal.
