Russian Billionaire Gets Green Light for Upper East Side Mega-Mansion

    The Blues are ready to smash their own transfer record to bring Everton striker Romelu Lukaku back to the Bridge.

Chelsea broke their transfer record to bring Fernando Torres from the the red half of Merseyside and are now ready to do the same to brink Lukaku from the blue half of Merseyside.

Lukaku  left chelsea for  fee of 27 million in 2013 and have tripled his worth with some strings of good performance. Everton value their star man at 75 million euros and have already rejected a bid of 57 million euros from Chelsea.

The blues are confident of securing a deal for the 23 year old who is keen on  a return to Stamford Bridge.
