As the new La Liga season is about to kick off the Champions Barcelona have wasted no time to announce the shirt number for new campaign.
Summer signings have been given their squad number with Dennis Suarez taking the no.6 worn last season by Brazilian right back Dani Alves who have since departed for Juventus. Portuguese midfielder Andre Gomes have been handed no. 21 worn by yet another departed Brazilian Adriano who moved to Besiktas.
France duo Lucas Digne and Samuel Umtiti have been handed the no 19 and 23 respectively.This figures was worn by Sandro and Thomas Vermaeleen.
The rest of the squad retain their shit number with MNS remaining unchanged.
