MONCHENGLADBACH TO BREAK RECORD FOR CHRISTENSEN

The German outfit are ready to sign Chelsea defender   permanently. Chelsea are believed to have rejected a 14 million  bid for the young Danish center half.

Christensen is currently on a two year loan  with the Bundesliga side. They have come back with an improve offer of 18 million euros to test Chelsea resolve. The blues are keen to keep Christensen and the defender is highly rated at the Bridge.

Monchengladbach sporting  director Max Eberl told German newspaper Bild: "We're in close contact. For Christensen we're ready to make a record transfer.
